Saturday included a mission with my brother who was looking for a specific alarm clock. The alarm clock hunt began at IKEA where he had seen said alarm clock about six months ago. After a fantastic IKEA Cafe lunch we scoured the store looking for the alarm clock. While we looked i learned more and more about the special item we were trying to find which was a vintage styled alarm clock with bells on top and was powered by being wound up...no batteries and loud as the Apocalypse. IKEA failed us and had no such thing, neither did anyone in the store have the slighest idea what we were talking about. Onto stop number two, Target, where we found some of the most hilarious alarm clocks ever after being sent to three different locations within the store (apparently there isn't an alarm clock section and they are in different spots all over the store...). We did manage to find an alarm clock with bells on the top that the brother deemed a decent temporary while the search for the wind up version continued.

Hm. Well, check that one off my list, because I definitely do not want an alarm clock that wakes me up. A solar powered alarm clock sounds better, especially since I invested in black-out curtains.
